The TLC-2101 sensor is a wired ultrasonic tank level monitor with integrated display and precise level detection capabilities. Designed for use in water, oil, and chemical tanks, this sensor combines reliability with visibility, making it ideal for professional tank monitoring setups.
The TLC-2101 sensor features a clear LCD screen that displays both temperature and time in real time. This added functionality helps users check system status without needing a separate interface. The unit measures distances from 10cm to 2.5 meters with high accuracy and includes a blind zone under 10cm. With a ±(1%Reading +10mm) tolerance, it ensures stable and consistent readings across varying conditions.
This model uses the RS485 communication protocol, which supports long-range wired connections to smart control systems. A 15-meter cable comes as standard and can be extended if needed. The narrow horizontal detection angle (1.7°) and variable vertical angle (12°–29°) help reduce false readings, especially in confined tanks.
It runs on 9V DC power and consumes less than 100mA, making it a power-efficient and low-maintenance solution. Combined with a detection cycle of 200ms, it allows for rapid updates with minimal lag.
